Since its establishment in 1995, TEIKOKU TAPING SYSTEMS has grown and developed with the management philosophy of contributing to society by creating a better future with our unique technologies and products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to our strong relationships with major manufacturers and foundries (companies specializing in contract processing) around the world, we have built a solid track record of success. Furthermore, on April 1, 2021, we will join Nippon Kayaku and accelerate our business by building a system that enables us to offer integrated proposals of materials, equipment, and processes to our customers, aiming to become a company that can provide happiness and joy to the environment, society, and all our stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past 20 years or so, the technology and services required have become more sophisticated and have undergone dramatic changes. The semiconductor industry has achieved technological development and growth in line with the growth curve represented by Moore’s Law, but the limitations of physical miniaturization and rising costs associated with technological development have led to concerns about slowing growth and the maturation of the industry. In recent years, the need has arisen for semiconductors themselves to be three-dimensional as a breakthrough technology to overcome these limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will actively contribute to the advancement of three-dimensional, high-density packaging, which is indispensable for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing, by utilizing a wide range of patented technologies we have developed over many years, including adhesive tape, dry film lamination and release technologies, and technologies for transporting and positioning highly thin, brittle materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1975<\/p>\n

    Founder Lee Masahiro Graduated from Nara National College of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering Responsible for the development and manufacture of electronic equipment at a major electronics manufacturer and its subcontractors.\n In his previous position, he was engaged in the design and manufacture of semiconductor manufacturing equipment through joint development with Matsushita Electronic Industrial Co.\n Developed semiconductor manufacturing equipment for various inventions and their practical application. As the person in charge of development and sales, he visited many countries and established a sales track record.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    With the support of customers and sales companies, established Teikoku Taping System Co., Ltd. to develop new products and technologies and to manufacture products on his own.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n
