What made you decide to join us

I have always been interested in IT-related manufacturing equipment and software.I happened to come across a job posting for this position at a public employment service office.

What you do in your position

• – development/management of software, adjustment of equipment for precision and management of the adjustment nanual, and development/management of control panels
• -answer quesions from customer’s production sites

Furure challenges

I believe bringing the quality of our products to the next level and improving the features of our equipment accoding to our customers’ needs are some of the most important aspects we have to focus on in the future.

Furure challenges

I feel like I was too focused on the priduction/manufacturing aspect over the past couple years,because I was too busy.I think I should pay more attention to other areas including developing new system/ features as well as improving the effciency of the production process.

What you think about your work environment

The workplace has an environment that encourages employees to speak up their ideas and suggestions for improvements.Also,since most of our customers are overseas manufacturers,it is a very exciting work environment for engineers who want to work with endineers aroud the world.

I got job offers form severl companies while I was in my senior year of college including TTS, but no other company was as attractive as TTS.

What you do in your position

• – Assembly of the frames of the equipment
• -Processing,assembly and mounting of the parts used in the equipment including rollers and shafts
• -Adjustment of the equipment for better precision

Furure challenges

I will work harder to complete my tasks more quickly and accurately without mistakes.I will focus on thinking outside the box to improve task effciency.

What you think about your work environment

My boss is very sincere, and I an thankful for that.He always listens to his team and even adopt my ideas although I am the youngest in the team. I am very happy working at TTS.

What you do in your position

• -providing direct.indirect technical support and customer services to customers in and outside Singapore(mainly in China and other Southeast Asian countries)
• -Set-up of the equipment delivered to customers
• -diving turorials to customers on how to use the equipment

Furure challenges

My focus in the future is share the knowlege on the software/hardware used in the equitpent and troubleshooting with both my local colleagues here in Singapore and employees in other offices to enhance their knowledge, improve our services, as well as promote research and development of new equipment and features.

What you think about your work environment

While I have to travel a lot, I like my work environment because I can stay connected with customers.
